Namun setelah diajukan complaint keras langsung diatasi pihak Villa. Menu breakfast yang enak, dan pelayanan staff yang cukup santun. Kitchen set lengkap dengan perlengkapan makan, namun sayang tidak ada...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"I ordered the seminyak which is close and on seminyak road. But when we arrived they told us that the room is full so they transferred us to their sister hotel which is a bit far from the seminyak road. Not a good experience. Be bery careful if u oreder this villa you may end up like me."

"The booking was made and was tottaly different to what i had booked. Only to be told i had made a cheap booking and the tiny little room they gave me was an upgrade. An upgrade i said, i would like to have the intial roim"

"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"Wij hebben een toptijd gehad in dit hotel. Men is volop bezig met de bouw van een eigen restaurant. Hoewel wij de 2e villa na de bouwplaats hadden hebben wij geen moment overlast ervaren. Eenmaal voorbij de werkzaamheden kom je in een oase van rust. Onze villa heeft een schitterende tuin en een heerlijk zwembad.
