"The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry...

"Saya dengan suami menginap 4 malam. Hotel masih baru, dan terlihat sangat rapi dan bersih. Interior simple dan nyaman. Staf cekatan dalam merespon permintaan pindah kamar, karena lebih suka tinggal di lantai atas. Akses ke keramaian agak jauh. Paling efisien dengan motor. Love to come again next time."

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

"My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar....

"What a dream space! They thought of everything you could want to feel comfortable and in a luxury space. Super clean, modern and sexy, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back! "

"Avalon...was soll ich schreiben? Der Name ist Program. Etwas von Ubud abgelegen, Hanglage, für uns war es ein Traum. Wir bewohnten 16 Nächte lang das Joglo 2, Blick über die Pools und Flussgeräusche inbegriffen. Nun Konkret. Dieses Anwesen ist am steilen Hang gelegen mit breit angelegten Anlagen. Das Haupthaus haben wir nicht genutzt da unser Joglo unterhalb lag. Die Poollandschaft ist ein Traum, Massagen absolut empfehlenswert., alle unsere Wünsche wurden seitens des Personals...

"Villa nicht angeschrieben und ohne Hilfe des Personals nicht auffindbar. Auch in der Nachbarschaft kennt niemand die Villa unter dem Namen. Sonst sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Aus dem oberen Zimmer wunderschöne Sicht über die Reisfelder. Super Matratze. Lage relativ gut, aber nicht ganz zentral. Affenwald ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, muss der Affenwald durchquert werden. Dafür ausserordentlich ruhig."

"The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."

"I liked that private pool and the bed mosquito netting. However there were many bugs and some may enjoy this however we did not. There was one day where there was a big cockroach or beetle in our room. The staff was very friendly but did not speak English that great so was hard to communicate effectively ."

"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...
