"Hotel itself was okay,but no WiFi is terrible because the day I needs most mainly for my work. I booked this hotel,it’s stated that it’s included WiFi in the room. I hope in future they have to solve this problem."

"When checked in reservation not found, after few minutes when I saw the reservation checked in, after 2 hours the staff called me and said manager want to see me. I went to meet her, she said she can not find the reservation. I saw the hotels.com reservation she said they do not work with hotel.com. Then I asked her to check Expedia, then she found and called the OTA agent, after that she accepted the booking. Room was dirty, bathroom was flooded when check in, when I went to take the shower...
