"Great location and only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The 7-11 was only a 1 min walk and was a great place to get breakfast or snacks. The property was clean and the laundry machine is a very nice combined washer/dryer. "

"we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult."

"Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Buen Ryokan en Hakone Yumoto, caro como todos, pero bien comunicado, al lado mismo de la estación, con tiendas cerca y restaurantes. Un paisaje privilegiado desde la ventana de la habitación y los onsen muy bonitos. Tiene restaurantes dentro, aunque no fuimos porque nos parecían caros. Quizás, por decir algo malo, el desayuno era bastante variado, pero no parecía de mucha calidad, nos esperábamos algo mejor, pero mal no estaba."
