"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. "Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow."

"The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"There were several problems with my room (unfunctioning lamps, no glass/cup in the bathroom, inadequate outlets for charging, but especially VERY lumpy pillows). But the staff was very responsive to fixing (most of) them. These problems shouldn't have existed, but because of the excellent staff, I'm reluctant to rate the hotel lower. I'm sure my experience was unusual, and under better circumstances, I would stay there again."

"The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late."

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
