4 day stay in Room 403: Small 'floating' desk was coming off the wall, bathroom light fixture had exposed wiring and one bulb with its socket just lying on the countertop, bathroom sink was cracked, long hair high up on bathroom wall, marks all over the walls from luggage etc, delaminating veneer on coffeemaker table, barely enough room for knees between shower glass and toilet front, blackout roller blind left gaps along sides so room wasn't dark, could hear the room's A.C./heater quite well through my earplugs, could not AirPlay to the Roku TV because the TVs in the hotel were not identifiable by room number (there were a lot of "Westinghouse 40" Roku") tried for 15 minutes then gave up.
Beds were very comfortable, linens were OK - soft and they were clean, hot water was good and water pressure was good, kept temperature setting when not in room, room had only one common wall with another room so was pretty quiet for a street-facing room.
I had our teens in room 1406, which was better for general condition but was still not that nice in the details (notable ick was mold in shower).
If you need 'meh - good enough' this is a good choice for you, but if you want 'that was nice' this isn't the place.
