Great to have an option of a large room the whole family can stay in. Nice place, lovely little park, football pitches and tennis courts a 5 min walk away in the Village. Lovely pizzas from Speed Pizza, 5 min walk away. Shower pressure non existent and pillows were not great, but all in all a nice stop pre Disneyland Paris

My boy and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, especially the young lady at the front desk who made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is ideal for anyone planning to visit Disneyland, with each trip to the park costing around €12. This convenience made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and proximity to Disneyland. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

personale cortese tranne un addetto la domenica sera, scortese e sbrigativo. abbiamo avuto problemi con la camera da 6 persone in quanto la vasca era piena di acqua sporca e feci e l'addetto ha rimediato dandoci due camere doppie (eravamo in 5) quindi una persona è stata costretta a dormire sulla brandina che ha dovuto farsi da sola. la pulizia di queste camere doppie non era eccellente, infatti in una camera vi era addirittura una federa sporca di mascara. abbiamo mandato mail alla struttura, vediamo come si scuseranno..

Great place to stay! Clean, great staff, fantastic breakfast for the price. Easy 12 min Bolt ride to Disney parks. Wonderful little town with an awesome steak house. Highly recommend

Le personnel s'est mis en quatre ! Malheureusement, je ne parle pas français, mais le personnel était incroyablement arrangeant. J'ai oublié mon ordinateur portable dans ma chambre et je ne m'en suis rendu compte qu'à 1 heure du matin le lendemain. J'ai roulé de Paris à Chanteloup où le gérant a cherché mon ordinateur portable. A 2 heures du matin, il a appelé un de ses employés pour l'aider à le retrouver. L'employé a pu localiser mon ordinateur portable et nous avons pu rentrer à Paris avant notre vol du lendemain. Cet hôtel était très propre et se trouvait à quelques minutes en voiture de Disneyland. Je le recommande vivement aux familles qui ne séjournent pas sur la propriété Disneyland.

Die Entscheidung für dieses Hotel fiel aufgrund seiner Lage und Nähe zum Disneyland, was sich als echter Pluspunkt erwies: Mit dem Auto benötigt man etwa 20 Minuten, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ungefähr 30 Minuten - wirklich super. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, und regelmäßige Polizeipatrouillen vermitteln ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit. Auch das Tagespersonal war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings fielen uns auch negative Aspekte auf: Die Zimmer erwiesen sich als deutlich kleiner als erwartet. Nach der Reinigung am ersten Tag entdeckten wir plötzlich farbige Pailletten an verschiedenen Stellen, weshalb wir daraufhin auf weitere Reinigungen verzichteten. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung funktionierte nicht, was zu nächtlicher Kälte führte. Besonders enttäuschend war das Nachtpersonal: Wir wurden unfreundlich behandelt und mussten ganze 20 Minuten warten, um an der Bar Snacks bestellen zu können. Als wir nach besagten 20 Minuten zurückkamen, war die Bar plötzlich geschlossen, und man verweigerte uns den Kauf jeglicher Produkte. Und auch die Pizza, die wir uns vorher bestellten war nicht richtig durch.

Een fijn en net hotel, Disney makkelijk bereikbaar per auto of met openbaar vervoer. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Mijn dochter vond het een prachtig hotel met stapelbed en vogeltjes behang.

Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Es kam kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf.
