The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I just have a few comments: - it is more convenient for guests if the water is refilled by the housekeeping or they can provide more water bottles. - a Bluetooth stereo would be nice. They had one before but they removed it so we had to borrow one from the front desk.

This hotel is cute. I was a little surprised by the “bains” advertisement we saw on tv so we were a bit worried about what was going on there. But it was a cute, clean hotel. We were up high enough that we didn’t hear anything from the bar down below. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is centrally located to many of the sites and we were able to walk most of the time.

It's a nice hotel, perfectly located for walking around, with beautiful interiors. The only thing that bothered us was noise from the La Scene restaurant - the music is quite loud and playing till midnight, quite strange feature for the hotel.

Das Hotel, mit aussergewöhnlichem Design, liegt in bester Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und bietet einen Minikühlschrank, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Die hauseigenen Konzerte, die bis spät in die Nacht hineingingen, fand ich jedoch störend. Da ich jedoch nur ein EZ hatte, die allesamt den Blick zum Innenhof und somit zur Bühne haben, war ein Wechsel des Zimmers zur Straßenseite nicht möglich.

En général, le personnel est très sympathique. Cependant, lors d'une visite, nous avons rencontré un problème : les toilettes japonaises étaient en panne. Après l'avoir signalé, la réponse reçue a été un simple "Ah, c’est dommage !" Nous nous attendions à une réaction plus proactive. Autrement c’est propre et charmant.

On s’y sent bien !
Au chouchou , on se sent bien tout simplement et ça c’est extraordinaire ! Service impeccable , sympathique sans chichis … les chambres sont agréables , la salle de bains aussi , l’emplacement idéal pour qui veut sortir ou faire du shopping bref rien à redire nous y avons déjà séjourné 3 fois et nous y reviendrons

Great staff - within walking distance of a lot of the important sights. Room was very nice and the bathroom was our favorite! Normal sized room for any big city hotel. Bar at the hotel was very lively and a good time

Nice centrally located boutique-like hotel
Very good location near attractions, shoping (Galerie LaFayette), metro stations, restaurants and the airport shuttle bus (CDG). Renovated, modern rooms. Good breakfast in a nice setting (not the large "chain-hotel touch"). Very nice and friendly personal. Avoid rooms near the restaurant which is noisy with music/discoteque in the evenings.

Pros: - Top location, easy to access from the CDG, close rang to the Pars hot spots, - Great service. Thank you to the whole team I had to chance to meet. - Bathroom comfortable, big enough, well equipped. - Very clean - Breakfast - if you like it sweet - you won't stay hungry, good coffee So so / Cons: - Room size perfect for one person, for two with two regular suitcases and not big wardrobe, could be small - Bed was not the most comfortable, like not equally responding to a body weight - Very weak cellular range with almost no internet when your room faces inner yard. - If you prefer not sweet breakfast – not much choice. Conclusion: Worth to stay.

Everything was excellent, rooms are very comfortable and big for Paris. Always clean and with perfect service to detail. Really enjoyed the free coffee too 😊 would be coming back for sure!

Lovely stay
Lovely room, great location, great service! Pastry & coffee every morning was great. Got a little warm overnight in the room with no heating on so had to sleep with the window open, which was no problems except loud bar downstairs so made use of the provided ear plugs.

My friend and I spend a week in the double deluxe room with two twin beds and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very spacious especially according to Paris standards. The staff both at the reception and the restaurant were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in safe area and major attractions are within a walking distance. The restaurant was very nice addition not only because of the free coffee drinks, but was also very fun place to hang out and have a drink at the end of the day. The music and patrons were a lot of fun. I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back.

Very nice staff!
The staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very modern and sleek. We even bought the French to American electric converter from the hotel after they borrowed it to us for our stay.
