Stayed there for work. Convenient to get to the metro or walk to convention center. The beds weren't the most comfy, but overall not a bad hotel. Very nice staff and had water/coffee available.

Værelset var ikke rent og det er formentlig flere år siden der var støvsuget i hjørnerne . Væggene på værelset trængte voldsomt til en gang maling. Det eneste positive var morgenmaden

Confortável, bem localizado, próximo a estação Convention. A cama é muito confortável, apenas não era de casal, eram duas de solteiro juntas.

Family stay
Very kind and helpful staff. The room was clean but the furniture was old. There is coffee and tea available for self service as much as we needed as well as bottle of water we could take to the room. The Hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, near public transport and very nice restaurant. There are not many parking spots and we did not know that we needed to book a spot in advance, thankfully we found a parking space near the entrance with the advice of the staff. Overall very nice stay, professional staff that are pleasant.

great staff! They were so lovely and welcoming, absolute delight to speak to :) the location is perfect, literally a one minute walk to the nearest metro. The hotel has lots of cafes and restaurants shops nearby and safe area, the rooms are cleaned daily and bathroom, bed and heating was perfect. The only thing i would say is the carpet is very old and if they change that i would gave overall 100% score but great value for money.

The stay was rather pleasant, however the first two nights it was awfully cold and I had to ask for a blanket (none available in the room).

I liked that the Metro station was literally 3 mins away walking and plenty of dining options around the area but wish walls were more noise proof ,my last night there I had a lil trouble falling to sleep since I could hear everything but I guess it’s good hotel for the price .

I got this hotel as a place pretty much only to sleep. While it served that purpose, the service frustrated me greatly. Their card machine was broken (arrived Monday night still broken Wednesday on checkout). This forced me to pay the city tax by cash, despite repeated effort to get them to send me some form of a link. Taking cash out always results in a fee in a foreign country. Additionally the minimum withdrawal from the nearest ATM was 20 euros. Luckily they provided two 10s because upon paying 10 for the 7 owed I was informed they didn’t have cash. In general your broken machine is not your customers’ problem, if it is broken at the very least you should have cash ready for change or communicate the lack of change available before sending someone off to an ATM. Just a very poorly handled situation.

The Staff were exceptional! Really nice, friendly and luckily able to communicate in numerous languages. One receptionist in particular was amazing, unfortunately I did not catch her name. Top stay for a very very reasonable price. 10/10

O Hotel tem uma ótima localização, limpeza ok, funcionários atenciosos. Café da amanhã pouca Opção. E ao chegar no quarto por estar fechado o carpete estava com mal cheiro.

De retour dans cet hôtel, cette fois-ci, une chambre plus petite (310), surtout la salle de bain. Les rideaux ne sont toujours pas très occultants, tout du moins pas assez larges.

Bon hôtel, c’est la deuxième chambre que je prends et même constat : -grande pièce et salle de bain (pour un hôtel parisien) -manque de volets, de bons rideaux occultants (assez large (1 fois et ½ la taille de la fenêtre normalement))

Vous aviez cependant bien remarqué que l'emplacement de l'hôtel Abaca Messidor est particulièrement pratique avec ces commerces alentours et l'accès immédiat au métro parisien. A très vite alors ?

The staff was friendly and it was no problem to leave our bags while we explored until our room was ready (check in is at 3). We really liked the surrounding area, plenty of food and shopping in walking distance.

The room was old and worn so luckily we only stayed 1 night. The hotel was convenient with lots of places to eat and the metro stop was very close. We did enjoy the breakfast which was included in the price and the front desk manager was great.

I had a really great stay at Hotel Abaca Messidor. Its a cute little property that I found really adorable. Most of all, the staff was just awesome. Everyone was super friendly, super helpful, and incredibly patient with my imperfect french. The room was small but perfect for my needs. I would rate this as an excellent budget hotel. It aint the Ritz, but it was comfy, safe, and a great stop on my trip. Oh and its right next to a grocery store which was a huge plus. Also within a couple blocks are some lovely cafe’s and late night food places.
