The gentleman that worked at the front desk during the day time ( he’s been in Paris for 3 years) we forgot his name. Was absolutely amazing! He was there to help our every need. The night staff was ok but can’t compare to the young man on day shift. We love the snacks and our room with a view. Just felt stuffy. We are from America so we need air conditioning to breathe better. The hotel was in a perfect area to shops and restaurants. Very walkable but we did get lost a few times lol. We just hopped in a cab to get back to the hotel.

Hotel dans un vieux batiment, tres propre malgré du tapis dans la chambre, avoir des pantoufles. Aucun espace de rangement dans la salle de bain, pas tres pratique pour long sejour, mettre rideau de douche au lieu d’une vitre serait un avantage car toujours dégat d’eau partout ….

Super séjour en famille , l’accueil très sympa . C’est propre et les chambres sont plutôt spacieuse , je recommande cet hôtel !

Excelente hotel
Excelente ubicación, a media cuadra el metro que te lleva a todas partes, cerca de galerías lafayette donde podes comprar de todo, el personal muy amable te ayudan muchísimo si no hablas francés, me encantó el lugar del desayuno, lo único que criticó la tina muy alta para entrar pero para mí que quizá no soy muy alta, el resto perfecto! Me encantó el bar del loby que te puedes servir lo que quieras gratis todo el día, después muy bonito y moderno hotel

A media cuadra del metro que te lleva a todos lados, habitación linda y moderna con cama súper cómoda! El grifo se y la tetera en la habitación vienen bien para tomar algo, las amenities en el loby también, desayuno muy rico!

Just okay Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the 5th floor The higher the floor the less connectivity from WI-Fi So had to spend time outside my room and come downstairs to connect to internet Not good enough

Hotel tres bien situe, juste a cote du metro. tres propres, le service est impecable.Vous avez les boissons non alcolisees gratuites dans la chambre et a l acceuil ( + snack a l acceuil) ,+ acces au memes gratuites dans les autres hotels de la chaines sur paris.

Bom custo benefício , porém fiquei no quinto andar e o piso de madeira rangia toda vez que me movimentava dentro do quarto , era uma sensação horrível ! O banheiro não tinha cortinas ou vidro completo então durante o banho molhava tudo e o chão ficava ensopado de água . O grande diferencia foi o frigobar e lanchinhos disponíveis no hall do hotel . Era uma boa economia pra quer estava gastando em euro

このホテルはメトロにも近くフロントの対応もよく宿泊者にはドリンクやお菓子などのサービスがあります。 ただ残念なことを一つ書かせてもらうとしたらお掃除が少し雑かな？ 後半はよく綺麗にしてくれたけど前半の時は2日に一度のシーツ交換はなかったですね でもフロントの人たちは優しくよかったです。

Loved the little coffee area outdoors. Cute. Appreciated the free coffee, tea and delicacies. Staff so friendly and helpful. The reception area and ground floor were bright and clean. The building and the entrance doors were amazing

Location was great - near subway and cute cafe. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have cold water bottles in room each day. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately, the property did not have hot water. The unfortunate thing was that they did not inform guests as they arrived and unpacked. The entire hotel did not have running hot water and needed to get it fixed. We called the front desk and they already knew the issue. After 2 days, they were not able to remedy the issue and had to complain before they moved us to a sister hotel. The location of the hotel is great. Nice neighborhood and close to public transportation. Close to Sac Couer and not to far from Gare du Nord. However, it was bad how they handled the hot water situation.
