I cannot fully agree that there was no cleaning because when you came at the reception I asked the housekeeping to make your room. Our housekeeping deparment starts cleaning the departures first and after they do clean the rooms of guests who are already there. At this time, the hotel is fully booked and the ladies have lots of work but it does not mean they would omit your room. We stay at your disposal in case you have any further questions or concerns.
