Perfect location to explore Montmartre, good connection with Bus and Metro for sightseeing in the the city. Very friendly and good service. The view over the city from the restaurant (7th floor) and the room we had (6th floor) is stunning.

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Terrass Hôtel à Montmartre et notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec un sourire chaleureux et une hospitalité remarquable. Leur serviabilité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment marqué le début d'un séjour mémorable. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont un véritable havre de paix. Spacieuses, bien décorées et dotées de tout le confort moderne, elles offrent un espace accueillant où l'on se sent instantanément chez soi. Le niveau de propreté et d'entretien est irréprochable, témoignant du souci constant de l'équipe pour le bien-être de ses clients. Le clou du spectacle se trouve au dernier étage, où le restaurant offre une vue imprenable sur Paris. La vue panoramique sur la ville lumière, avec en prime la tombée de la nuit, crée une ambiance magique. Simply the best…
We have stayed at the Terrass Hotel the last six times we have visited Paris. At this point, I can’t imagine why we’d patronize any other hotel, as the lovely welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations of the Terrass could not be bettered. We are also enormously fond of the charming neighborhood just below Montmartre, with the best patisserie in the world (Alexine)!!! The rooftop bar offers a grand selection of cocktails and affords the perfect vantage point for taking in the 11pm twinkling of the Eiffel Tower. We simply love the Terrass Hotel.

Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

I stayed at this hotel 10 yesrs ago and always wanted to go back … And wow what an amaxing job they done. Renovating doing the terrace even better. We got a room with stunning views over Paris exactly as I remebered it . The staff in the reception was so nice and overall this is a hotel i will stay in every time I go to Paris… The location is also totaly fab with pitoresque Montmartre outside the door

Right at the start of Monmatre Village and 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge! It's a beautiful 5 star Boutique Hotel with rooms that have views of the Eiffel Tower! We just loved our room and terraces going to bed with the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower and waking up to it. The service is great. The mini bar is stocked with Laurent Perrier half bottle of champagne amazing chocolates and other goodies. There is great history in this hotel and is over 100 years old but with all modern amenities. Never made it to the roof top bar for dining or drinking, nor did we have time for the spa as we were only there for 1 night but it was amazing! I highly recommend this place! When we arrived they also upgraded us! TRULY AMAZING!

Excellent Place to Stay in Paris
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we could want including robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of counter space. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes, not as close to the main tourist places, but it was a second Paris visit, so we didn't need that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things we weren't as happy about. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed the first night even thought the front desk didn't know this and they were booked for the second night even though we tried to reserve in advance. We think there should be some space saved for hotel guests to book. The more important issue is that the billing of the hotel isn't well managed. We had prepaid the two nights, but I received an email (in French) that my card had been declined even though the charge had cleared our bank. I called and was told not to worry about the email. Then when we checked out early, we were charged for both nights, and since I hadn't been shown the bill charges, we didn't know until we were in the cab on the way to the airport. I had to wait until 9am to call, and the problem was handled efficiently, but they need better systems in place. Still I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to charges.

This hotel is an old favorite. It has been upgraded and is really a fun place to stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant is so nice. The staff is second to none. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. Unfortunately they were doing construction up the street which made for some noise and dust/dirt during our stay but would be sure it won't last forever.

The location of the Terrass Hotel is perfect! Easy access to the metro and just down the street from so many shops and cafes. Hotel room was very nice and the service was excellent. Lobby is acceptable (furniture could use a refresh). Staff is courteous, but not super friendly. Roof restaurant is a must see whether you eat or drink....at least go up for the view and a picture. We had Sunday brunch and it was disappointing. Staff were not helpful with drinks (self serve) and the food was just ok for the whopping charge. We would definitely stay here again especially with the room upgrade, and go to the roof for a cocktail.

Overall, the location of the Terrass Hotel is great in Montmartre. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It is great to get a the real Parisian feel. However, it is not the closest hotel for the major tourist sites. While you may save money due to the location, you will have to spend time and money to get around Paris by taxi or Metro. The Hotel staff was great. The Hotel provides more of a “Bohemian” feel and is geared for a more independent traveller. Overall, it is a good place to stay and a great value.

The hotel is beautiful and is located in a wonderful neighborhood in Montmartre. Metro is easily accessible and there are many shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The staff was superb and incredibly helpful. My only complaint was that it was incredibly noisy in my room on one night of our stay when it seemed the people above us were hosting a large party from 9pm-4am.

Everyone of the staff was warm and welcoming. The room and bed were comfy. Johan was just the best. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was indescribable just Beautiful! Rooftop bar views Wow! Stay here if you want the city of lights and love ❤️

I was there for a solo trip and the stay was wonderful. The staff is so nice and friendly. I specially loved the breakfast. It was a great start to the day to enjoy the food, the view and of course the staff that greeted you so warmly in the morning. The room was nice and quite large. Loved the rain shower and the water was super hot. This hotel is in a popular neighborhood so the traffic both cars and people is heavy and can be noisy but did not bother me. I would like to see the rooms represent the feel of the hotel more but overall the room is all redone just not in the style I personally like. I would definitely stay there again also close to metro stations.
