ショッピングモールや商店があり、買い物や飲食に便利。 海にはヨットハーバーがあり金持ちの多さがうかがえる。 さて、今回ジュニアスイートを予約。 広々としたリビングとベッドルームでゆっくり休むことができた。 朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富でクオリティ高い。 また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

Booked for my parents and grandma. The front desk girl told them there’s complimentary breakfast when checking in. My parents didn’t asked and it’s totally ok if they didn’t say so. However when they went for breakfast the following day they were told that it was impossible and nobody would give them free breakfast. As I said we understand we didn’t pay for the breakfast when we booked rooms and we didn’t have to eat at hotel, but the way they treated us and responded didn’t make any sense. Hope they can do better in communicating with customers.

Disappointing experience
The hotel is one of the leading brands in the industry, unfortunately it was a disappointing experience, checked in with a room of cigarettes smell, strong odor, shocking that Westin would rent out a room in such condition for nearly $200 a night in Qingdao, China

No concierge or bell boy met us upon arrival. We were finally directed to the front desk for check-in, then abandoned to find our room on our own, with no explanation of the room or facility...never had that happen in a "5 star" hotel before. Breakfast buffet was easily the worst of any western hotel I've tried in China...food cold, strange flavors, not refilled...and a very strange layout which obscured many of the offerings.

舒適愉快的住宿體驗
威斯汀飯店的床很大很舒服，超好睡，裝潢十分精致，設備也新，早餐有中西日式，非常豐富，整體來說非常符合它的價值。 位置在五四廣場旁，黃昏時可以從五四廣場一路散步到奧帆中心，晚上剛好可以到情人吧享用晚餐，還可以欣賞城市燈光秀，非常美麗。 唯一的缺點是游泳池的水不太乾淨，希望飯店方面可以改善以臻完美。

모든것이 완벽한 호텔입니다 인근에 경쟁업체가 많아서인지 부담스럽지 않은 가격에 최고의 서비스를 누린 호텔 같아요 룸컨디션은 물론이고 침대 진짜 푹신하고 침구 완전 부드러워요 그리고 수영장에 수영모 꼭 써야하는데 피트니스센터 직원분이 수영모 빌려주셨어용 탈의실에 온수탕이랑 찜질시설도 있고 드라이기, 로션, 헤어에센스 구비되어있어서 진짜 편했네용 그리고 조식스케일이 어마어마합니다 규모도 넓고 가짓수도 진짜 많아서 조식 한시간동안 먹었어요 ㅋㅋ 재방문의사 충분합니다!!!

이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 위치. 칭다오 시내 중심부에 있어 5.4광장, 믹스몰, 잔교 소어산 등 택시로 이동이 편리함. 뷰는 없는 호텔이나 청결이 괜찮았고 다만 아쉬운 점은 영어로 의사소통이 원활하지는 않았음

退房后不到半小时发现在冰箱里有遗漏物品，马上致电酒店让帮忙保管，并说明2天后从黄岛回来之后去去；当时接电话的客服已经记录清楚；2天后专程到酒店取，等了半小时告诉我找不到了；要是我没有提前致电，我不需要专程跑回来取，来了，又等了半小时才说没有。威斯汀可是5星级酒店，就这样的服务？更可笑的是，我在离开之后跟酒店值班经理反映这件事，值班经理态度很好的跟我道歉，说给我发短信让我保存号码，下次再有机会入住的时候希望有机会让我感受他们服务的改变。其实谁知道下次什么时候才来青岛？但是，最终他也没有给我发过短信，其实我并不确定下次仍旧入住威斯汀，但是对于一个客人的投诉都能随口就来的值班经理，我也就很理解为什么接线客服答应了帮我保存遗留物品，房物却没有；因为自上而下都是随口说说而已，不会真的拿我们这样普通客人的需求当回事的！

青島市區很棒的住宿選擇
地點無庸置疑的完美，到哪都方便，走一分鐘到地鐵口，三分鐘到公車停靠點，每天晚餐後到五四廣場散步也很方便，走到萬象城大約十分鐘，對於沒有車代步到旅客非常便利。 客房乾淨，硬體設施非常新穎，服務非常親切，連清潔人員都有一定素質，早餐非常好吃又豐富！只是每天變化性不高。訂的時候是顯示2份早餐，但到現場前台告知是3份早餐，不需再加價。 住三晚的整體感覺很不錯！

This hotel is in the heart of new city next to May 4th Square. It is very easy to walk to many major attractions from there. It is also right next to the subway station. Half a block away, there is a shopping mall hosts many excellent restaurants. The hotel is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there are so many people during the breakfast, and it is kind of crowded. I guess the breakfast is included for every guest.

Excellent customer service. Only thing was fiddling of the temperature control buttons. Comfortable beds but rather squeezy for 2 ersons on a double bed. Restaurant breakfast was good with a friendly male manager. Great location
