"The workers at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Check in was so nice and easy and they even let us check in early, because we came from the cruise port in Long Beach early. They were very knowledgeable about transportation etc. the Metro is very close to the hotel which made it very convenient for use to go to diff areas of the city. "

"The property was cute. I wish they would have mentioned they were under construction/ renovations and not to use a certain entrance. Our family went up the wrong way and thought we were in a horror film!! Once we arrived at our room it was nice. We had the family room with bunkbeds. I wish more hotels offered those. However I would recommend not having the A/C unit next to the bunkbeds. The kids were cold. Overall nice stay. "
