Lock system is not safe, 1 occasions a man opened the door at 4 am and had to chase him out.

We absolutely loved this place! It’s was just what my family & I needed. First time to San Francisco & this place was just minutes away from everything & anything you needed. Walking distance to great restaurants. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future. Only one warning. If you have an issue with stairs, this properties stairs are quite steep. Other than that we LOVED IT! Thank you :)

It was definitely something I wouldnt my recommend, finding parking was a headache. I couldn’t drive late since it would be almost guaranteed that one wouldn’t be able to find parking. If you plan on cooking, do not come here as they only have a microwave. The security was very low, the probability of crime is extremely high. The door wouldn’t lock or it would take a long time to. I would definitely not recommend this.

The unit was quaint and you could tell some serious love and care was put into the arrangement and basic necessities, but the main issue was that it lacked insulation between the floors. I unfortunately was stuck under a couple who never slept, would scream at each other at the top of their lungs and play fetch with their big dog at all hours of the night/ morning. It was nice being walking distance to the downtown SSF area where a plethora of local restaurants and bars resided but with only street parking available, loading and unloading was a nightmare. The neighborhood is filled with familes who all own several vehicles and have limited driveway space leaving the street parking options on the block or any adjacent block completely filled. The only other options are either metered spaces that you can't park in from 3 - 5 AM any night of the week due to nightly street sweeping or a public parking garage 3 blocks away. Aside from these inconveniences, there was a certain charm to the complex that a hotel or motel could not achieve. Having a Keurig machine stocked with pods saved me in the mornings when I would be off to the conference on 2 - 3 hours of scattered sleep.

The entry door needs a spring or lock as the wind made it continue to slam all night long. They took my security deposit even through we left the place cleaner then we found it. The refrigerator would not properly close so we had to check it constantly.

Hello Santos, thank you for your feedback and suggestions and we'll make sure to have them check and fixed properly and regularly moving forward. Regarding you deposit, we have charged it because you have checked out very late which made our cleaner wait for a couple of hours thus making us pay them double for their long waiting time.

It was very clean, easy to find. The walls were thin and we had loud neighbors next to us the first night. There was no oven/ stove which I had assumed there would be in an apartment. Overall nice and would stay again.
