This place needs a renovation badly! My bathroom had mold around the bathroom sink and tub. However, overall it appeared clean. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Parking was free. Lots of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. My rating would be higher but the mold really put me off and made me uncomfortable.

The hotel was very accommodating and allow us to stay in out room for an hour after planned check out to be comfortable before leaving for the airport. The only issue I had was the bathroom had some damage in it and could have used some repair around the tub.

Very nicely appointed room. Our first stay was wonderful and quiet. Our second stay had our room facing the busy 4 lane highway making it very hard to sleep. They had no other rooms and and kindly let us check out and not pay for the second night.

I have never written a bad review on a hotel or restaurant but now I am. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY not recommend this hotel. I was double charged for a room that I stayed in. I had made a reservation and needed to cancel it and rebook it on another credit card. I had called and the front desk said they had cancelled it. When I checked in the front desk did not say anything about having 2 bookings and checked me in. Just recently I got my credit card bills and I was charged twice. I called in several times and they told me to call back at 6pm to talk to the manager. I called and each time they said the manager was not there. I just got off the phone with the front desk person again and after him saying the manager was not there I told him again why I was calling. He proceeded to tell me that I was making up the story and that I had never cancelled one of the reservations. When I told him I had he became very argumentative and insulting and said the hotel would never give me a refund. I tried to explain again that this didn't make sense and that I was one person who checked into the hotel and was now charged twice for the same night. I have never been treated like this and I kept trying to be nice and explain but he kept insisting and not listening and just saying there will never be a refund but we do know that you did check in and there was only you in one room.. I only wish I had read more reviews before booking because my experience is not uncommon- don't book!!!!!

The rooms (walls, doors, baseboards, bathtubs) need some work and updating, but rooms are still comfortable and clean. We left a car over a long vacation (it was safe) and the shuttle to/from airport is super convenient.

Didn't like no pizza delivery by Domino's...why? Didn't like lack of accurate signage for lobby and soda/ ice. Didn't like late notice of credit card issue. Card used when I arrived and no problem.

Partial remodel is very apparent. Has lots of new appliances and furniture, but walls showed wear and tear except for new coat of paint. Bathroom fixtures and remodel was partial also and showed parts of old pipes and connectors.

Omg! This place was so cute and comfy! They had an atrium with cute and comfy velvet couches. They had extra shampoos and toiletries. Everything was clean, cute , modern and comfy! I wish I could have stayed longer. Plus there was a coffee machine that made real cappuccino!I have already recommended it to so many people.

I liked the renovation. Clean with large rooms. Our room overlooked the street which could be noisy at times. Also the wooden window closing device was not fully functional. Overall i would stay here again.

Despite complaints online, this property STILL advertises a continental breakfast. This is dishonest. Check-in was probably the least friendly experience I've ever had. I felt as if I was inconveniencing the front desk staff. The refrigerator holding the drinks was broken, so they were all warm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Fine for a single night stay for airport… free shuttle worked well. Suite was adequate…. Broken closet door. My room required maintenance for the toilet. I also ripped my sock on a nail that was sticking up from a metal threshold… that also needed maintenance. Lucky I didn’t cut my foot on the nail!

This place was the absolute worst. Broken door jam, knobs missing, holes around plumbing, tub disgusting didn’t not take a shower. Room felt humid/moist. Asked for a wake up call it never came but didn’t matter because i couldn’t sleep because of safety and cleanliness concerns. Checked in after 10pm couldn’t wait to leave. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We stayed for a week. We decided to stay two more nights. They tried to charge an additional $50.00 per night. We stayed at another hotel. Not very smart. They lost over $200.00 over greed.
