"Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental."

"Hotel Bintang yang pelayanannya sesuai harga yang kita bayar. Selain penilaian diatas, juga alokasi sangat bagus, dipusat kota & stasiun Metro hanya 2 menit jalan kaki dari hotel. Satu hal yang perlu diperbaiki yaitu pelayanan Concier nya. Susah dan lama sekali jika minta dicarikan atau dipanggilkan taxi. Sepertinya mereka senang sekali menawarkan taxi borongan dengan harga yang 5 sampai 10 kali lebih mahal. Terima kasih."
