Dear Gerald.Thank you for choosing to stay with Hotel Indigo Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town! We are glad to welcome you back yet it's sad we fail to meet with your expectation. During the winter season, outdoor pool is temporarily closed for maintainence till the weather gets warmer but we still have the indoor pool fully opened. Thanks for bringing up the English and services as we made training plans to enhance our staff's product knowledge and language skills.
