Der WC-Raum auf dem Zimmer war leider etwas dreckig, der Rest jedoch ganz außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

酒店离欢乐港湾很近,适合散步和带小孩玩。前台很好,帮我们免费升级了房间,透过落地窗可以看到摩天轮。酒店有室内泳池,有标准泳道,游得很尽兴。自助餐也不错。

Service and attention to detail needs improving
The overall stay was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been better if the reception staff paid more attention to detail though - they didn't tell us the breakfast times, opening times and services that come with the executive lounge. Food in the lobby cafe and room service is expensive and not really worth the money, but the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was not ready when we checked in so we were just told to wait - again customer service and detail was lacking for a 5 star hotel.

房間寬躺可以!但冼手間清潔仍有改善空間!早餐安排入座比較混亂!而且食物很快沽清,很久才補上新的。整體仍是可以的。

Der Pool sowie der Spa Bereich sind grossartig. Es gibt viel zum entspannen. Das Frühstück ist richtig gross und bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Leider ist direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, die auch Sonntags um 8 Uhr anfängt zu stören. Da kann man leider nicht ausschlafen, weil es sehr laut ist und man sehr laute und störende Geräusche im Zimmer hört.
