The aircon does not work well at all! Hotel is very very run down and tacky. Needs to be completely re-modelled. The location is great which is the only redeeming feature.

The Pavilion Hotel is great if you're headed to the SHENZHEN Electronics Market or SEG Plaza for business. The rooms are small but really clean. Just ask for a non-smoking room when you check in. Plus, there's a subway station right outside, so getting around is super easy.

Nice location to subway system connecting to the airport and railway station. Good restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room is larger than general standard size.

The front desk lady charged me with RMB 1000,equivalent to about USD 141 at the time of check in, i.e. Sept 18 2019 for hold for security purposes.She promised me I would get it back when I checked out on September 20 2019, but up to date(9/23/2019),in vain.

Very pleasant stay, front desk was very helpful. Rooms are nice and big. The only issue I had was at check in where I had difficulties in finding the bell boy to assist us with the luggage off the taxi and into our room.

We decided to spend 2 days in Shenzhen instead of HK, so made a quick booking here after crossing the border. The hotel is immediately next to a metro stop so getting around is very easy.
The room was very 80/90's style, but comfortable and clean. There are lots of facilities, we used the pool and spa areas.
