"One walkway was under construction but it didn’t inconvenience us. The layout of the elevators is a little strange. The food is excellent. Every staff person we interacted with was very friendly. There was some noise with it being at the airport but that too really wasn’t bad all things considered. "

"Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request."

"There was one employee that was completely rude and condescending! When I ask for toilet paper it took 1hr 1/2 to get it. When I asked about it she took NO responsibility. Same employee took no responsibility for my mom who is in a wheelchair was left cold and wet after having to put the bathtub because there was no stopper. HORRIBLE "
