Not a bad place to stay. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, but it wasn’t working. The pool was pretty cold, but refreshing. The breakfast was kind of sketchy. No eggs or bacon. They had a sausage on a stick. Looked more like a corn dog. I didn’t try it. The bagel was good. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. They don’t have their own shuttle, the driver we had from the company they used was great. Good sense of humor.

This property was visually appealing, BUT only on the outside. Though it seemed really nice and new it was not well kept at all. There were stains on the bedding in both beds, we only had hot water at night, the pool was covered in pollen, the breakfast area was unappealing and all the appliances didn’t even work, they reset your room key twice a day. There was just way more cons than pros. But the staff was efficient and knowledgeable for the most part.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, shuttle to airport was convenient. There wasn't coffee in the room. It seemed to be forgotten..There was a coffee maker. No breakfast before 6am, so we can't review that. The hot tub was down for maintenance. We had a separate reservation that was randomly cancelled and no one knew why. Other than those inconveniences, it was worth the price we paid. Located next to a Waffle House, which was good.

In my opinion, this hotel is a reasonable place to stay for the price - just be prepared that you may not get a shuttle and that the staff are not very attentive. We signed up for the 5am shuttle at when we arrived in the lobby at 4:50pm, we were informed that the shuttle had already left and that we should have been down 20 minutes earlier. We were not told that, and if the 5:00am shuttle is actually the 4:40am shuttle, then why not call it that to reduce confusion? There are only six spots per shuttle run, which happens every 30 minutes. So if you aren't part of the first six for the time you need, chances are you are going to need to call an Uber, which is what we did. The hotel itself is not bad. The lobby has been updated but that's where it stops. The room we were in was dark and damp and had peeling paint on some of the walls. That said, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was quiet and we paid around $170USD for two rooms with two beds in each.

The room was bigger than what the pictures made it look which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, but there was some concerns about the pull out couch not having been cleaned that we found chips and crumbs under it. The bathroom curtain had staining on the cloth part and it wasn't buttoned up. I fixed it up a bit and I'm surprised this hotel hasn't gone to the mounted shampoo and conditioner dispensers to save on costs. The TV was good, but need upgrading since it is older versions of cable guide and set up.

Room and check-in was as expected. The communication regarding the shuttles however was lacking very much. 40mins curbside waiting with luggage, despite being told 15 minutes by the driver. Then, the morning shuttle for 6:30a left at 6:12am - I’m assuming to get to the airport at 6:30 but that wasn’t made clear or something I’ve ever heard before (and I travel often).
