"Very clean, rooms I. Excellent condition, wonderful staff. We love the Viking and consider other places to stay but for 15 years of visiting there, we consistently have stayed exclusively at Hotel Viking. With that said, the new parking rates and resort fees have increased dramatically and it almost prevented us from staying there this time. It’s an extra $100 a night to stay there because of these fees and that makes us hesitant to stay there again, especially since it’s not on the water. Also...

"Property has an excellent location directly on the ocean with panoramic views. It also has a spectacular pool area with fire pits and great outside seating area. "I liked the quaintness of the room especially the fireplace and harpoon. We had a king bed and it was so comfortable, as was the pillow, that I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom was a bit small but it’s an old building and that’s part of the charm. Walking through the colorful garden to the breakfast area was a lovely way to start the day. I even got a picture of a baby bunny munching on an iris. Breakfast was yummy and I enjoyed every bite. Easy check in and out. "
