"The staff is amazing. They went out of their way on several occassions to help us for various reasons. This includes housekeeping, restaurant staff, and front desk. There is always someone there to promptly assist you. "

"local is wonderful, this is my 7th time picking here. but this time there were some surprises during this stay. The bathroom was very smelly. It was just too late when I checked in, so I didn't ask for a room change or extra cleaning. I just wasted a lot of perfume to improve it.Please pay attention. Also I remembered when I made the resv. there should be breakfast buffet included, but anyhow, I did not have. "

"The floors and the bed were hard, although the bed wound up being pretty comfortable (to my surprise). The TV had an easily-accessible HDMI port for plugging in my Switch. The AC was nice and cold. The washlet in the bathroom included a dryer, which was a welcome change after the APA hotels I've been staying in, which never seem to have the dryer. The room had a view of the airport and not much else. There's a Lawson near the front desk but I don't know if there's anywhere else to eat within...

"Great location! Shopping and dining options within walking distance. Tokyo Disney also nearby. Loved the convenience store located in the hotel. Also 7Eleven nearby if need to do currency exchange. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is very quiet and clean, and is easily accessible to two stations. Although the room is small, everything is well thought through and functional so was comfortable for a business trip. There is a nice roof top terrace where I did some static exercises (swimming pool was closed), and an onsen too. A staff member gave a good recommendation, and that was appreciated. I would stay here again. "

"We paid for the corner room with a view and really enjoyed the hotel. The building also includes Hotel Bellustar which had several nice restaurants to choose from. We walked the area at night and never felt unsafe. The mornings in Shinjuku are very quiet but the nighttime is not. The Hotel groove restaurant and bar had a DJ on Saturday night - very fun."

"We stayed here the night we landed in Japan. Really handy to the airport and the staff were great. Had a lovely time in the onsen in the morning before heading off to Tokyo. Waking up to all the mature trees was a great bonus. Parts of the hotel seemed fairly tired but nothing that worried us. "
