"The Hilton is in an excellent location in Perth and is a very comfortable hotel. A couple of gripes about attention to detail : no remote control for tv , conditioner bottle in bathroom empty , welcome card not changed (not my name on card , someone else’s ) Small issues but when used to many hotel stays these are things you notice. Despite this a very comfortable, clean hotel. Understand that credit card details need to be taken on arrival in case of damage etc but didn’t expect money to be...

"In hotel evening and lunch dining is not available which is disappointing. Particularly as my husband has limited mobility so getting to other dining options was difficult."

"Room door hard to close. Stayed four nights on level 8 and every night loud banging coming from room above on level 9,sounded like weights being Fdropped on the floor "

"The hotel is easily accessed by road (but you might want to use GPS as the streets in the area are difficult to navigate without one). Only a short walk to rail and bus services. The hotel is very new and is being kept in a great condition. Underground car parking is available and is not being charged for at this time, I believe it will once the car park area is finished. There are no shops in the area but a cafe is planned to open in the near future."

"Lovely hotel, but location is ok. I’d rather of stayed further out as was next to the shopping the area and didn’t feel that safe at night. Reception staff could be friendlier but the bar/restaurant staff lovely! "

We were 1st time visitors to the city and as we were in the center of town we were given help from the staff as to where to go and what to see and most importantly how to get there. "Great location and super friendly staff. Property is showing signs of age and is in need of upgrade in some areas. Our room had only one lounge chair, and it was stained. Curtain also stained, and the bathroom needed some attention. Room size was very generous, and we enjoyed our breakfasts."

"I stayed in this facility for a day. It was really nice. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was compact and there were no chairs in the room though. I had to eat my dinner on my bed. Ordered the room service it took more than a hour to arrive. Manager on duty called me and apologised for it. Which was nice. Overall great facility. "
