All cooking utensils and plates were available in the kitchen, and there were a lot of equipment such as tea. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and I had a very comfortable time.

Great stay! The staff were so helpful at check in due to a change in circumstances. Despite being out of hours for housekeeping the guy at check in helped us out without question. I genuinely appreciated it. Fantastic location, supermarket & one of the free bus routes directly opposite. Shops, takeaways, main bus & train stations are so close by making the whole trip easier. 10/10 for a city location! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel was at night in the week which was great to get some rest.

We had a family deluxe studio, and it was a generous size. King bed and pull out sofa, kitchenette and lounge. No on-site parking, but discounted public parking close by. Buffet breakfast was well priced and reasonable. We would stay again

The hotel is very well situated for access to the city with public transport outside the front of the building. My Executive Studio was very well equipped including coffee machine and pods. The room was perfect for my needs. The only downside was emergency alarms going off each night at about 7.30pm due to people cooking without using extractor fans. On descending to the foyer we were told it was a false alarm. My concern was that no checks had been made before we were told to return to rooms. It seems like this is a regular occurrence. Other than that, this was a good place to stay and met all my needs.

Perfect location, easy walk to Elizabeth Quay and many pubs and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a couple of nights the beginning and end of a pre booked tour and the hotel had a left luggage facility which was very handy.

Location was the best, central cbd, close the train station to get around perth easy, and access to free CAT buses to get around cbd. The room was spacious with kitchenette and bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation made our holiday easy.

Great hotel for the location, the staff are lovely and helpful. Few things I think could have been a little cleaner such as edges of the carpet, and bathroom door, but nothing major it was clean enough, overall a good stay and I will book here again. Comfy bed, comfy pillows. The breakfast was great and everything you need. All amenities in the kitchen that you could need and that was all clean. Thank you oak team.

立地は最高の場所。パース駅前の広場を抜けて右へ歩いてすぐにあり、スーツケースを転がして、駅から徒歩で行ける。眺めは楽しめないが、マレーストリートにあり、裏はインターコンチネンタルやホリデーインのあるヘイストリート。現地ツアーの集合場所になることも多く、またショッピングにも便利。ロンドンコートや市立図書館、タウンホールにも近く、エリザベスキーへも徒歩圏内。特にアジア系女子スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。部屋のエアコン（暖房）がうるさいとの評価もあるようだが、気にするほどではない。キングサイズベッドも大きく、隣の動きも気にならない。キッチンのあるのが利点だが、換気扇と一体化した蛍光灯はあっても、洗い場・調理場の上に蛍光灯が無いのが不便。小さいクローゼット（ボックス）があるが、バーが無くてハンガーが掛けられず、無用な長物になっている。カーテンの補修も必要。総合的には高く評価でき、次にパースへ行く時にも利用したい。
