"The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight. "

"Hotel is very well located with easy access to tram and bus. Subway station is about a 5 min walk. Front desk check in was a breeze. The concierge,Paul Chan was also very helpful in answering all my questions on how to get around the city, where I could find an atm machine, where the market nearby etc."

"Easy to get to from HK international airport. I wasn't aware of the shuttle service from the airport so took the MTR for two short stations and walked to the hotel. Easy to find, clean, tidy and modern. In the morning, took an easy shuttle to the airport as we were only there for transit. Room was small but very quiet."

"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."
