"The street is dingy though one block from main commercial road. Beds are very hard in a very nice room otherwise. "

"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"Always my go to Hong Kong hotel. This time I shared a twin room with my cousin for the Rugby Sevens weekend. Room is very spacious for HK. Floor to ceiling windows offering dramatic city views. Very comfy large twin bed each. Coffee machine, great amenities, free bottled water. Room cleaned daily. Few happy hour drinks in Roof Top Bar very pleasant. "Hotel is very well located with easy access to tram and bus. Subway station is about a 5 min walk. Front desk check in was a breeze. The concierge,Paul Chan was also very helpful in answering all my questions on how to get around the city, where I could find an atm machine, where the market nearby etc."
