"Good Wi-Fi and nice large gym. Three restaurants with a nice breakfast buffet. There is even a small shopping mall at the rear of the hotel although it doesn’t have a lot of stores yet. It’s a good thing that the hotel is well equipped though because there is really nothing else in the area."

"Can't beat the location. Central Jakarta with easy access to Grand Indonesia and close to Plaza Indonesia. Staff hospitality and service was amazing as usual. It's our 3rd stay here and although the rooms are a bit dated, they are big, clean and comfortable. "

"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. "the room is very spacious and kitchen was well equipped, view from the balcony was amazing. during my stay (4D3N), a staff will knock on my door and ask if there's any laundry needed to be done and if i needed house keeping. i just hope they'll fix the air condition on level 18 as it can be quite warm at times"

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time."

"I was checked into a suite the first day on 18th Oct. but then after checking in they claimed to make a mistake to ask me to move out of mu suite at Rm: 1025 corner room to Rm: 702, normal Deluxe room, it is a hassle for me because I have already laid out all my clothing for the week and got to move to the 7th floor in another room. The hotel needs to be more vigilance in future. "

"We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."
