Worst experience ever. Deposit collected upon check in but the front desk insisted it was not collected and refused to refund during my check out. Had to show my bank details transaction as a “ proof” rather than them checking it internally.

The smell of the room was awful. Then the hotel treated it with ozone, which was also not comfortable for health. The cause of the smell seemed previous customer's detergent. It was still disappointing that housekeeping didn't consider it as a problem and accept customers in that condition. The customer service was quick enough. After I claimed, they immediately reached to me and bring solution with ozone treatment. I am happy with the attitude. However the smell was too strong and I could still feel the chemical smell. The ozone treatment seemed not working enough and not good for health. In the end, my stay was not comfo
