"Nice hotel, nice spacious room, comfy bed. Breakfast selection a bit limited and service was friendly but a bit hapless. Single use plastic toiletries which is environmentally poor in this day and age. "

"Everything is it good, just expensive. The breakfast (buffet) not to many options to eat. The fruit area was almost empty, as well the hot food. The kitchen don’t make omelettes or options to make eggs. The sweets are so yum. It’s not enough staff in the restaurant most of the tables are untidy. "

"The overall experience was good. I was sent an email for an online check in and I did it but it didn't help much as when I arrived I had to do it again anyway. The room was right next to the elevators so it was very noisy from early in the morning. The room was tidy and clean but we had to move one of the beds towards the wall so our toddler wouldn't fall in and we could see that under the bed was dirty and they never normally vacuum the carpet in that area. The breakfast was tasty and varied...

"The Hotel itself was lovely. We had a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The Hotel was close to the Sydney Airport. The next day we caught a Taxi to Sydney Railway Station without any problems."

"The location is just great 2 min to the Mascot train station, three stops into Sydney CBD and 2 min to the public bus to the airport. We had an apartment with kitchen and laundry - excellent after we got totally drenched in the rain. The beds were great and so comfy, only personal problem was the fluffy pillows were just too big for us. Loved the stay and definitely will book there again soon. "
