"Wonderful location, clean, modern rooms and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed there for just one night during VIVID and during check out, we reported a problem with the shower head that impacted our enjoyment of showers. The Assistant Manager listened to us and offered us free breakfasts to make up for it. Lovely gesture which we appreciated and enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Sydney. "

"Stayed at the Sydney Harbour Hotel prior to a cruise. We loved everything about this hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful, the building and rooms were clean, and the location was extremely convenient to Circular Quay and the cruise terminal (literally a 5- minute walk). We unexpectedly had to cut our trip short, and we've already booked here again prior to flying home. This hotel is just overall a great choice!"
