"We have had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. It sits right in the downtown of Zhenjiang and has a shopping mall attaching to it. The view from the room is amazing -- though we didn't book the river view room, we can still see a good amount of the Yangzi River. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet, both are good. The room is quiet and clean. It also has a free gym, sauna, and free garage parking. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!"

"Check-in process was fast and great. They provide us 2 cans of soda water. The location was nice and close to Baijiahu Lake, just a 10-min walk could get to entertainment place like Kingmo and 1912 bars area. You can get everything but tissue from your room. It might be the only thing that make this trip imperfect. "

"The hotel is converted from an old hotel. The rooms are smaller than modern hotels. But the stuff are super nice! They say hello to you every time they meet you and bowl to you. The try to fulfill every one of our needs. Definitely get the breakfast buffet, they have tons of choices."

"I have issues with this hotel, although our stay is comfortable. My card was charged for a ¥990 transaction which I have no idea what it was. It wasn't the deposit of ¥1200 which was refunded to my card. This transaction was actually billed! I went to their official website to email for a billing invoice but the email address listed: novotel@novotel-nanjing-central.com was an invalid email address that bounced back. I resorted to messaging them via Expedia but there was no response. I have...

Beware the incorrect location of this on the Hotels.com etc marker map , or google… it is not just the usual google error in china of a few hundred metres, this is KILOMETRES from where it is shown. It is incorrectly shown on Google mainly (95% of the time) just south of Nanjing railway station. The address of 199 Longpan Rd is correct, BUT the map location marker is UTTERLY wrong. It is actually 3 km away. It is right on the large intersection of Bancang, Beianmen and Longpan. It does...

"The staff are very friendly. It is located well. I lost my wedding ring and the Manager Tian found it and kept in the safe for me. They contacted me and returned to me. I am returning to this hotel in 1 week and stayed for another 4 nights. "

The room services is good. Swimming pool not for adult but sona and gyms okay. Stayed 6 nights love to go to Confucian Temple Area (Fuzi Miao) 南京夫子庙 shopping area looking at the crowd night scenery. "Staff spoke almost no English. The air conditioning in my room was broken and it took quite a few tries to explain and find a solution. The Hotel is nice but the rooms are little bit worn, clean but not new."
