Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. "Not a fancy hotel, but well very designed, good food, and good staff. Adequate gym (small and crowded in mornings) and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient with a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A good alternative to more expensive hotels downtown."

Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options.
