"Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon. "

"Exceptional experience!The staff always went beyond their way to satisfy and are extremely friendly and welcoming.Tahani made my check in very smooth and has been helpful throughout the stay. Naser as well,from concierge was out there helping me every single day and made sure I had everything I needed. Not to forget the in room dining, they also called for feedback and gave a nice gesture after my review on the order. Highly recommended hotel. Amazing staff, great clean spacious rooms, and amazing service! "
