"Fantastic hotel located in a good spot! There was no hair dryer in the room and the situation with the bathroom being glass made the whole room light up when someone used it in the middle of the night. Controlling any of the room lights is also inconvenient. A hair dryer in the room would have been helpful too. That obviously didn’t change our experience much and we would stay there again. Service was amazing too. "

"I liked but didn’t love the stay at this hotel . Things we liked : clean, spacious, having a washer, nice and walkable center. I didn’t like the fact that we had trouble with the hot water the first day and night and, overall, I expected more from a 5 star hotel ( daily room keeping ?! ). Probably we won’t return as we really loved the 4 star place we stayed before but they were booked when we decided to stay longer so we had to find another hotel. "

"Hotel is a lovely new build, staff were friendly, rooms were really nice… but the cleanliness let it down… There were urine marks on the toilet floor, coffee stain on the bedding, the dust was thick, finger marks on glass and fridge door. The pillows were awful, bad night sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night! This let down the hotel and our experience staying there! "

"It was a beautiful hotel with many cozy public rooms to hang out in and have a drink or afternoon tea. The food was very good and the location was great. Our room was quite large with big windows and a nice bathroom. Everyone there from the front desk to the bartenders were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property overlooking North Berwick golf links and the sea. If you are looking for a small quaint European hotel this isn’t the place. This is a large property with spacious rooms. Very nice spa. Great access to the golf links or a walk to the beach. Relatively short walk to downtown. "
