"We stayed at the hotel for 9 days at the end of November. The hotel staff is really very kind and they deserve all the praise. They are always smiling and ready to make you enjoy your stay. ​The food is very tasty and the offer is varied. We were very satisfied with the food. There is something to eat and drink throughout the day. The room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly and I don't think they change the sheets very often. So it would be good if they can improve that...

"Quite amazingly recreated old world charm. We were given an automatic room upgrade at no cost by the helpful staff at the reception. Wonderful location at the heart of the old town of Kaleici, it is walking distance from all attractions like the Mermali Beach, Harbour, Hadrian's Gate and tram stops which are a very convenient mode of transport to go to the Archaeological Museum or the Pebble Beach Park. "Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Öncelikle emeği geçen herkese ama özellikle 3. Katta hizmet veren İnci ablamıza ve restoran şefi Nihat beye özel teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Onların sayesinde çok daha rahat geçti. Ayrıca IC Cafe çalışanları süperler. Bu sıcakta bu güler yüz muazzam. Otelin yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Çeşit az değil çıkanlar da kötü yemek hiç yok birkaç vasat opsiyon dışında her şey lezzetli. Çocuk oyun alanları çok fazla ve yeterli. Gelelim problemli kısıma otelin kesinlikle bakıma...
