The whole concord resort was an amazing experience, the staff is happy and always ready to help, everyone have a friendly attitude and positive energy making you feel so welcome! This is easily one of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at! It’s extremely family-friendly, features an amazing swimming pool, and serves a spectacular dinner buffet with a new cultural theme every night. Everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much and visited twice in 3 months. The man who works in the BBQ restaurant during the day is a literal gem. He always took care of us. The staff in the hotel were always ready to assist us. I absolutely love coming here. The pools are so relaxing, the vibes are really nice.

We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options, the spa was relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort. The food was amazing, with a huge variety of options available throughout the day. There was always something different to choose from and the quality was excellent. The beach was beautiful and very enjoyable, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite and helpful. There were a few areas that could be improved. The main pool is quite deep, around 140 cm, which made it difficult for younger children to comfortably enjoy the pool. The water slides could also do with an upgrade, as the colours are faded and they are starting to look dated. We also noticed that the mirrors in our room were not cleaned properly and could have been maintained to a higher standard. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the food, beautiful beach and excellent service.

Just returned home from a lovely 7 day stay at Concorde De Luxe. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The grounds at this hotel are immaculate. Everywhere was clean and well kept. Staff out early mornings cleaning all the walkways. Inside the hotel the same. The food was plentiful and delicious. Now probably the main reason for coming ... the beach and let me tell you the stretch of Lara beach for Concorde De Luxe is absolutely perfect. Beautifully maintained, the water and weather fortunately was perfect for us. Beach Volleyball was good. Fridges on the beach made it real easy to grab cold waters or pop. Towels were easy to get and exchange all day. Plenty of seating on the beach. Good shaded options. If i had to pick on one thing.. the beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I'm not going to knock a star off for that as everything else was more than pleasant!
