"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "

"So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!"

"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe.
