"The hotel’s listings are majorly photo enhanced and misinformed. I will give a detailed and extremely honest review. Upon check-in we were told 1 of 2 rooms were not ready and so they separated my family of 3 children by 2 rooms. The room we booked was supposed to be ready the following morning, not a problem as we checked in during evening time and left 1 suitcase unpacked. They offered to “upgrade us” which was exciting. "Didn't like that hotel if we compare it with other hotels in the area. It was a little boring. 2 or 3 evenings they didn't have any entertainment. I won't come back again. There are a lot of hotells around with much better options"

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."
