"Stayed in Fraser Suites after 2.5wks of hostelling around China. Affordable comfortable. Rooms have cooking & washing facilities; spacious bathroom with shower cubicle with waterfall and separate bath; good size living space. Would recommend this hotel as a base for Beijing, bearing in mind metro is 10min walk away and is located in/near business district. Staff very friendly and helpful with good English. There is no bar- only drawback."

The hotel's staff are gracious and helpful, the location is good for walking and has ample restaurants if one wishes to eat outside the hotel, and is quiet. "first of all, the hotel team was superb! i been to 14 countries in the last 3 years and been in many hotels and i have not received the customer service your staff gave me! from the entrance to the room service everyone has an amazing beautiful attitude to help all the guest. in the front counter Leo, Yvy , Ann and Leon were incredibly help full with a beautiful smile all the time they made my stay for my birthday unforgettable and help me with all my questions and needs everyday of the 4 nights i was there from 4/17/24 to 4/21/24 . This type of service makes your facility the four seasons hotel enjoyable and i will most definitely RECOMMEND to anyone i talk to . I live in Miami and i could not way to come back to stay at the four seasons in Beijing. Thanks to your team i had my best Birthday vacations ever…..🙏💥🇨🇳"
