"What a delightful experience it was to stay at Instow Barton B&B and be hosted by Colin & Caroline. Happy, bubbly and a very friendly reception on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to make us feel welcome in there home. Very generous size bedroom, large barthoom and cake was in our room everyday! Breakfast menu was extensive and varied. Quality of food was of a 5 Star standard and presented in a timely and professional manner. I’d go as far as to say that...

"The room stank of stale cigarette smoke and the window was jambed shut. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and there were still pubic hairs in the bath tub from the previous visitor. The carpet was caked with grease and grime and gave off a foul odour. Do not go near this place. It is absolutely disgusting. "
