"Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. "The staff are super friendly and helpful, food is very good and well priced, my partner took a massage and really enjoyed it, the beach is lovely and it is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation itself is very basic, but that’s ok as long as you are aware of it. Main disadvantage for me is that toilet is outside the hut and only has cold water for showering. "Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. I am already planning my next weekend getaway at Four Points Sheraton ! Room 3031 Guest"
