We absolutely loved our stay at Indra Maya Pool Villas. The staff, without exception, were super friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and clean, location is only 15 mins from the ferry terminal, we definitely enjoyed the pool. We had our own buggy to travel to the different properties within the Nirwana resort grounds and we received discounts for various purchases and laundry. One minor downside is the convenience stores on the properties were sparsely stocked e.g. we could not find items like paracetamol onsite. Otherwise, would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

正直なところ建物・設備は古いが、主要なところは清潔にメンテナンスしてあり、そこまで気にならない。朝食は残念なレベル。スタッフのサービスに問題なく、プライベートプールのコンディションは良好、無料でつくカートは非常に便利。総合的には、やはり前述の古さ等から宿泊料の高さが否めず、リピートするかというと考えどころ。

Over priced villa.

It is an Overly priced villa with a poor view. The pictures on the sites are not even close to the real villas. Its all dirty , poorly maintained & highly disappointing rooms.

Nice, Pampering trip

Pleasantly surprised! My trip came with private car transfer to the Ferry Terminal and my villa came with a private bugee for us to use. We could also choose to have our breakfast delivered to our villa with no extra charge! The staff all very accommodating & very courteous. Will come back again! Good for a relaxing family holiday or couple getaway.

4名で2ベッドルームに宿泊。高級感はあまりなく、施設も古いが、お部屋は広々としていて雰囲気も居心地もよく、とても寛げた。室内にはバスルーム(シャワー、トイレ)が3ヵ所あるので便利だったが、2つの部屋のシャワーは水の勢いが弱かった。キッチン横のバルームのシャワーは勢いがあり使いやすかった。部屋のプールも毎日キレイに保たれていて、海を眺めながら気持ちよく利用できた。自由に利用できるカートが部屋に1台付いているのでリゾート内を好きな時間に好きなところへ移動することができ、とても便利だった。スタッフも、みなさん感じがよく滞在中に嫌な思いをすることは1度もなかった。またビンタン島に行く際にはこのホテルに泊まりたいと思う。

There is a major difference in the staff's attitude before check in and after checkout, it is terrible after checking out, the breakfast is'nt nice, there should be improvements to it. After the checkout, the staffs are unwilling to help, example: asking the staff nicely to send us from resort hotel to the main hotel by the buggy ( the car ) they did not want to and asked us to take the shuttle bus which also arrives at the same location . Before checking in n and during the process, everywhere we went to, there will be a buggy driver sending us , service was excellent. The staffs should not behave that way, 2 faced . Bad experience but overall still alright.

大学仲間とバカンス！

シルバーウィークでしたが、観光客の数もそれほど多くなく、落ち着いた一時を過ごすことが出来ました。 ヴィラに備え付けのプールはとても綺麗で、大勢でバカンスを楽しむには最適です。エリア内の移動用に電動自動車を無料で貸し出ししてくれるのも助かりました。 唯一、室内シャワーの出が悪いことが残念でしたが、それ以外は大満足です。

ヴィラは広々！専用カート付きで自分のペースで過ごせる。大きなプールが最高っ！ シャワーの出が弱く、露天湯船はシャワーしか出ずお湯をためられなかったのが残念。プールサイドで海を見ながらのBBQお勧め！バスタオルの厚さと匂いがGOOD！

Successful Proposal Executed!

I planned a surprise proposal for my fiancée (past girlfriend) in this accommodation (Bintan) and fortunately it was a success!. Truth to be told, the price is exorbitant and I guess this is the rate for such accommodation in Bintan. Besides the cost, I am quite satisfied with the overall ambience, the private pool especially was a delight to have in the villa. The scenery was magnificent at certain times of the day, overlooking the sea and definitely making an excellent background for photo-taking. Basically you pay the price for the view, the privacy and the relaxation sensation (away from Singapore) on that island. I was reasonably satisfied with the customer service provided so this is not an issue to worry on. There are also other downside (apart from the cost) to the stay such as their furniture which look slightly run-down and old. If you are on a tight budget, I would not suggest you to consider choosing Bintan Villas as your preferred accommodation. But if you are looking to give your girlfriend a surprise proposal, this is indeed one place which you can really consider one-off.

Great Villa with personal buggy

The personal buggy was a win for me. Added on greatly to the convenience of moving around. The pool was fairly clean, we did not have much issues with mosquitoes or other insects given that we were surrounded by trees. The restaurant choices could be better in my opinion but it did not really bother me much. The fully equipped kitchen is also a plus point for me! Big thumbs up. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family looking for a short getaway to Bintan.

Nice private pool

My family of 6 stayed at the 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. My boys love the pool and swam for all the 3 days we stayed there. We got Blowfish 7 which is a slight disappointment as it was not sea facing but nevertheless the pool made up for it. It was a decent lap pool with the deepest end at 1.5 m and the pool was well maintained. Understand some complaint about the villa being old but for us, it is fine so long as it is clean. We read about mozzies and I brought my mozzies repellent along and didn't hear anyone got attack!
