"The staff are excellent. They are helpful, patient, kind, smiling alot, always ready to help and look out for our needs. The buggy service is top of all. My sister has a bad ankle and can't walk distance. The buggy will come round and take us all the time. Never at any time think we were troublesome. Really appreciate the service staff! Note to management - there are molds on the top of the tent. May be good to treat that."

"there was a bazar nearby the hotel and it was so loud until 9pm-ish. the hotel itself was located in the very conveniently and quite clean - even though my shower holder was already broken when I checked in, and the staff are very friendly and their service was amazing. there is a construction going on nearby to build a new shopping mall/restaurants area which will add more value to revisit the hotel."

There were things thrown away but not replaced and some amenities like glasses/plates were not available in our room.
