They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. A special mention to Wan, who handled our check-in seamlessly and did so with so much warmth and friendliness. We really appreciated the thoughtful service. The variety at the dinner buffet was good as well. I really love staying at this hotel. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last!
