Only issue i had was room service main meal had no cover on it which meant I had to eat that first before my starter which was a cold dish anyway. Apart from that would certainly stay here again. Staff were faultless in every respect and eager to help."

"The front office staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was large and beds super clean and comfortable. Toilets/bath were clean but old and most probably need an update. The cleaning staff did a great job. More than sufficient tea and coffee supplies. The location is great, opposite the gardens."

"The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. The Pullman also offers a convenient morning shuttle to the terminal offering a variety of different times for guests. The restaurant at the hotel offers cuisine that is outstanding - whether for entertaining guests or just for breakfast - in a very pleasant atmosphere. The people who work at the Pullman are outstanding. The hotel has earned many awards and certainly deserves them. For outstanding excellence in providing a highly pleasurable and restful pre-and post flight experience it would be difficult to find a better option than that provided by all of the the team and the facilities at the Pullman Brisbane Airport.
