"This boutique hotel is amazing. Our suite was huge by NYC standards. The bathroom was big too. The room, and the public spaces are beautifully decorated. Very eclectic and bright. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The fact that you can park on the street for free is incredible. The rules for parking were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. It’s a short walk to the subway station. "

"This was our first stay at this hotel and our first time in Brooklyn. The hotel was great, it was clean, we had an amazing view from our room and from the spacious rooftop patio. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the neighborhood the hotel is located in - and it might be fine, like I said, we have never been in Brooklyn before, but there was a bit of road-work AND construction on buildings going on all around the hotel, which is probably normal for any large & densely populated city. "The bathroom toilet didn't have a cover which was strange. Don't know if the ac in my room wasn't working but it just wouldn't seem to get cold. The room was a good size & nicely designed. Staff was friendly and willing to help. "

"Not my first or second stay at the Tillary. Very interactive staff at desk and maintenance-except the housekeeping staff who don’t speak English! Had to have coffee maker replaced, twice, and wasn’t able to convey the exact problem. I had three coffee makers during my three night stay! I love the bare floors and my room was cleaned daily when I only asked to have towels replaced. Nothing to complain about, though. "
