I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I originally booked just one night while visiting Brooklyn (I’m from New Jersey), and I ended up extending my stay for three additional nights — that’s how much I enjoyed it.
From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming. The complimentary popcorn in the lobby is such a small touch, but it’s a huge green flag and sets the tone right away. The rooms are clean, fresh, and well kept. I stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view overlooking the parking lot — which was actually a huge plus because having on-site parking in New York is rare. Being able to see my truck and always have peace of mind about parking made the stay even better.
Breakfast was solid — scrambled eggs, beef sausage, turkey sausage, grits, gravy, and more. It’s served in the morning (around 6/7am–10am), and it’s a great way to start the day. There’s also a small fitness center with dumbbells, a workout bench, treadmills, and a nice mirror setup — perfect for locking in and getting a good workout in.
Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I can’t overstate that. A special shoutout to Eve (Y-V-E-S), who works overnight — she was incredibly hospitable, kind, and personable. She truly made the experience special and made sure all my needs were met. By the end of my stay, I had to give her a hug
