Marked walls and tired carpet, it really needs a refresh. The breakfast is good, however a queue everyday to find a seat and you feel quite rushed as there is a 30 minute window to eat in so everyone gets a chance to eat. The elevator was out of order for 3 out of the 4 nights and when it does work its slow. Location...

"Awful experience. Hotel renovations were overrunning when I arrived, so hotel was closed. Rudely and without proper explanation was forced to move to a completely different brand hotel, late at night without assistance. Zero compassion from the hotel, zero attempt to apologise, and zero compensation. A huge thumbs down from both the hotel itself, and Hotels.com, who didn't seem to understand or care about the situation either "
